Ultima II Pressurized Filters are specifically engineered to meet the environmental demands of fish ponds. They use tubular Bio-Media designed for high flow rates. Bio-Media comes in three different sizes with random lengths and diameters to avoid stacking. A patented backwash system prevents the media from clogging. Cleaning the filter is accomplished by internal jets.
The Ultima II's Cyclonic Backwash System makes it easy to clean the filter within minutes - without getting your hands dirty. One year manufacturer's warranty.
Ultima II models 1000, 2000, 4000 come with 1 1/2" inlets/outlets.
Ultima II model 6000 comes with 2" inlets/outlets.
*We personally use this filter on our quarantine fish tanks and have been very impressed with their performance.
