Aquascape BioBalls provide a textured surface is (30 sq inches per BioBall) for beneficial bacteria to colonize and grow. Ideal media filtration. Aquascape Bioalls are the ideal filtration media for use in all biological filtration.
The Bioballs comes in a box that is physically 8"x 8" x 6.5" in size. This will help assist you in how much physical space is necessary per box of bioballs.
* Each box contains 100 balls and will fit great in an Aquascape MicroFalls.
* Easy to clean and maintain.
* Textured surface for optimum bacteria growth.
* Can be used for filtration or in de-gassing towers.
* Will not break like pegged BioBalls.
