Standard & Large Classic Skimmer Mat ( 18" x 15" x 2" ) |
This is the classic skimmer mat for the classic Aquascape skimmer. It does not matter if you have a 6" skimmer or 8" skimmer this will fit. It is just about 2" thick and white or cream in color. This fits snug inside your skimmer, right underneath your black mesh skimmer net.
This skimmer filter mat does not have a hole 'punched' into the mat, so you are able to cut your own hole in any place of the mat.
The filter mats are a nonwoven product webbed from polyester or nylon/polyester fiber blends. They are sprayed and/or dipped with a cross-linking binder system for strength. Manufacturing tolerances listed here are general guidelines. Some material may slightly exceed these dimensions due to normal variations in the manufacturing process.
