Like Clockwork !

Just wanted to let you know that everything went like clockwork! What I really want to do is to thank you for your "courteous" assistance. It is refreshing to work with someone who really wants to help. Your knowledge and expertise is an asset to your employer. In this day and age, it is not uncommon, once the sale is complete, if you call back for additional help, to get the "bums rush" , considering the fact that I was only a voice some 400 miles away. I am amazed how fast you returned my calls and your advise was right on. Rest assured, I will not hesitate to continue to do business with you and I have no problems at all in recommending your business to my friends.
